I was referred to this place by Best Buy two weeks ago when my phone stopped charging. Dealt with Jennifer who spoke French but was so kind to speak with me in English. They did a great job and I got the phone back that afternoon. Today I had to go again for another issue. Gabrielle served me. She went out of her way to give me a decent price for this repair. Both girls are so lovely and make you feel welcome and cared for and my phone is fixed!
Highly recommend this place.

I am trying really hard to like this place… They do a great job but service is very slow, had to wait a good 10 minutes on the phone the other. day and they asked me twice how they could help me when I already told them why I was calling. They tell you they’ll call when your phone is ready but had to call each time for them to tell me oh yeah it’s ready.
Like I said good quality work.
Kinda poor quality service.

I had not a good experience using the service of this store.
I gave them my Samsung tablet to repair it (they said it takes two to three days).
After one week, they called me to come. I went, they said we cannot do it, and they charged me 20$ (they told me before). And they gave me my tablet in a bad condition (one edge of it was open!!).
