My laptop died so I bought a new one that Celtic Computers set up in a user friendly manner after a labour intensive process involving delving into the innards of my dead as a dodo machine and accessing my back-up cloud. Access to a computer is important to me so the relief I felt when I received the fully set up laptop was immense. Graham explained everything he’d done in detail, giving advice as he went along, so I felt empowered, and Poppy’s communication throughout the process was comforting and meant that I knew exactly what was happening. Having worked in computers since the 70’s, including for Local and National Governments, I have a long experience of technical support. I have never found a better computer company than Celtic Computers. The service is absolutely first class and the quality of work belies their charges. Their very quick turnaround and superb service cannot be beaten. So lucky to have such reliable service and support right on my doorstep, but it is worth travelling a long way to enjoy such excellent service and quality of work.
