I was on holiday in France a short drive from this store when my Samsung had a system update. Normally after the update is done the phone restarts itself, this time it never did and got stuck on the logo when booting up so I couldn’t even get into safe mode or the recovery screen. I found this store thanks to it’s good reviews on Google so instead of buying a new one back home I decided to go here and hope for the best. The employee had a quick look and as to not get my hopes up said if he could fix it there was a big chance I’d lose all my data. Came back not even 1.5 hours later and my phone was fixed, updated again and he even managed to keep all my data as if nothing ever happened and that for only EUR25! As a courtesy he even glued the back of my phone again seeing as it was coming loose. So needless to say I highly recommend this store.
