Absolutely fabulous care. I had a problem with my PC not being able to boot for over a week and had lost the will to continue on my own. A friend recommended this business, I was absolutely blown away. Not only did they come to collect the PC but I could see how much care and consideration was put into looking after my PC. As it was costly this was actually a big concern for me. The next day I had my answer and they replaced the failed part. Not only that but they delivered my PC back in record time, sooner than expected, they went above and beyond to get my PC back to me ASAP.

If you are looking for a place to trust with your computer, this would be it! I have no hesitation about using them again and to recommend them to anyone in the area who needs help. I couldn’t say more positive things about them. Not only was it wonderful for my PC but they were truly empathetic, understanding and genuinely more friendly than I ever expected.

As a busy Dental Surgery we require our PCs to be running smoothly and they was not in the slightest I decided it was time to call for help. I asked for recommendations and this place came up tops and I’m not surprised as to why. Heather listened to all the issues we was having was able to quickly come to the surgery to have a look at at what we have and what can be done to help. Within 24 hours all of my options were down on paper.
Changing of PCs, removing files from old computers was so easy for these guys. I cant thank Heather and Stuart enough for all there help. From start to finish changeover was smooth, time effective, cost effective and was just 100% professional.
