Came in to get the evolve2 55 head set for work. Unfortunately there was an error with my purchase. I had to return to the store the next day to fix the problem and Tom who served me on both occasions was great. He was understanding and professional and quick. I Highly recommend Centre Com for their head sets especially if you’re in need of call centre head sets as they have a great range at the best price (For Australia). I’ll definitely be shopping here for all head sets tech needs for my PC and gaming. Tip, make sure to read the T&C’s on any purchase, they are fair but doing so won’t leave any nasty shocks on warranties or purchases. Thanks guys

As a returning customer I couldn’t be more disappointed with my experience this time around. The PC took weeks to arrive, then when it did it had multiple issues. Fan was installed backwards, the HDMI ports are faulty, and performance is generally poor for a mid-spec unit. I attempted to have the unit repaired under warranty, however their only solution is for me to ship it back from QLD to Victoria at my expense. I’d strongly recommend you consider an alternative supplier if you don’t have easy access to a store as their after sales service is appalling. Horrible.

3.8: good bargain for the computer monitors we bought but unfortunately did not end up needing them as our monitors are now working fine. They have a 14 day return policy for change of mind but you have to raise a ticket prior to returning. The return process was easy. Would recommend buying from here but better click and collect as when you go to the store there are not much staff and not really that welcoming and friendly. It is more like get what you need and then go kind of shop.
