Staff extremely helpful – went above and beyond when it came to customer service – Mitchell helped me with my tech issue – and Allister ( yes the guy with eyebrow ring ) helped me with a tech build – saved me literally thousands – because he listened and was knowledgeable about products currently on the market and what I actually needed. Excellent place to help with pc tech questions and advice. Excellence all round !! Thanks team !!
Fantastic experience with David K at Bendigo centercom! Went in there looking for a new keyboard, with the one specific detail being how it feels and sounds. David was very accommodating and resourceful, and was able to find me the PERFECT feeling, sounding and incredibly pink cutesy keyboard, I’m so happy with it. I will absolutely be returning to shop there for any future needs, heads up David, I need a headset next!
went in to see about a computer monitor – I have limited knowledge about them! Was served by Alastair who was so helpful and knew exactly what I would require. Nothing was too much trouble even though I probably drove him mad with questions. Won’t be wasting my time by going anywhere else in the future.
