I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this store. Despite paying a deposit and being assured my laptop would be ready for pick-up by closing time, it never arrived. The staff’s handling of the situation was poor, blaming others and failing to meet promised delivery times as I went out of my way 3 times. After a lengthy complaint process, the owner offered a delivery at 5 pm, which didn’t happen until 5:40 pm. To top it off, a promised free case was never delivered. This entire ordeal has left me questioning the store’s professionalism and integrity, raising concerns about the product’s accuracy and authenticity. Overall, a highly unorganized and unprofessional experience.

People in business rely on their computers and whenever my computer fails, I can always depend on Sacha and his trusted team to get my business up and running. With the ever dependable Grant as senior technician, the boys at Bundoora always succeed in getting it right.

…but the real highlight when visiting the store is speaking to Sacha who sounds like the animated character ,Robert Gru, from “Despicable Me”. He even autographed my invoice and l’m going to sell it on EBay !

I recently visited this store for help with creating a bootable Windows USB drive since I had no other device and my pc had no operating system. As a returning customer, I was unable to believe that they wanted to charge me 30 dollars, not to mention any kind of fee for something like this. I expected a bit more courtesy and flexibility, especially for loyal customers. I won’t be returning and will be looking for a store that values customer service.
