Buying my first Smart TV was a bit intimidating. I went to a few large stores with little to no help at all. My son referred me to Centre HIFI on Sources in DDO. What a completely different experience this was! Bob greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He spent an extensive amount of time discussing TV before being able to suggest what would be best for me. His knowledge base was most impressive resulting in the purchase of a great tv at a great price. My next concern was getting it installed especially since I wanted it wall mounted. Again, Bob set that up for me as well, I returned to the store or called a few times after purchase for assistance I.e. getting Helix, adjusting colour on TV. etc. Each time my issues were resolved and I was assured that this was part of the service, to come to them any time if any questions. If Bob was not there Paul was just as eager to help me. I would also add that Karl and his team did a great job installing my TV and spent a good amount of time explaining its functions to me.
I most strongly recommend this store when purchasing any electronic entertainment device. There is no way I would have received such personal service or gotten such a good deal shopping online or in one of the large stores I had visited.

Went there last year 2023 to get the high end Panasonic 4k player that nobody had in stock. They had an open box demo and made me a deal I could not refuse. Mike and his team were very knowledgeable and courteous. I also picked 3 hifi racks at liquidation prices! As well I’m on the south shore and came alll the to the West Island to shop because other places on the south shore lied or had no knowledge of what I was looking for. I love when a sales person is kind and no pressure tactics. I made the deal on the phone with happy results. After a year I still love and enjoy my 4k player! Would not hesitate to come back! This is the place to go. No pressure tactics, knowledgeable people and a real pleasure to shop there. After several months ( or maybe closer to a year ) i finally decided upon some Klipsch RP 8000Fii speakers and i could not be happier. Paul and Bob put up with my constant questions and listening sessions and were always professional and helpful. I know where i will buy my next amplifier. Thanks guys !!!
