This repair was a total letdown. My phone won’t stop opening on every side after their careless reassembly. To make matters worse, the screen cracked because they admitted to using a lower quality screen without informing me. Even within the 30-day guarantee, there’s zero acknowledgment, and they only grudgingly offered a 50% refund, initially reluctant to provide any compensation. Their customer service falls far short of expectations.

I wanted to buy a genuine used Pixel 7 PRO. They sold me one for 450$ with a cheap replacement screen. They never mentioned the screen has been replaced.

It worked well at first but now I’m having tons of issues. Touchscreen isn’t working properly, front camera has moved from its location. It’s probably not waterproof anymore.

I regret my purchase.
