Very poor experience. I bought a phone which was crashed after few days while I was travelling outside of the UK and I had to buy a new phone so as to do my work and access all my accounts. When I went to shop to tell them that my phone crashed with yellowish green and black stripes on the screen which would fade down and shut down the mobile and then restart again, then at some point it was completely shut down while overheating like it was going to blast. They took my phone to find a fault and didn’t inform me for anything until I went to the shop after 5 days. At that point they told me that they never find any fault and I have the option to give them the phone to continue trying to find the fault or to sell them back at less than 50 % of the price I bought which is very suspicious of them to make profit while I suffered. They even told me that I am lying that the phone was crashed. They never wanted to refund me. I am really disappointed from them and will never go back to buy anything from them. I will make a formal complaint. They did not even gave me any formal receipt that they did not find any fault but they told me to took a picture by my phone of the document. Very poor service and communication. Not recommended at all.

This place is one of the worst places you can sell tech, I went in last Sunday to sell my gaming pc, gave them phone number as they wanted to ‘test’ it and find out the specs and would phone us the next day to value it. Next day no phone call I had a family member go in for me to collect to which they then said they can’t sell it due to a ‘rattle’ inside they even said it works perfectly fine but because of their policy could not accept it which is ridiculous as a few days later I plugged it in to test it myself and there was absolutely no rattle however as I was plugging it all in to test it I found out they didn’t give me back one of the cables to plug into my monitor making it completely impossible to even turn the monitor on, how on earth can you not keep a customers belongings all together in one place? When I looked behind the counter it was a complete mess and a jumble of cables and leads no wonder they lost it. Rude workers too clearly did not want to be there.

There is so much more I could add however I’ve said what needs to be said, these guys cannot be trusted it’s never been perfect but this time round it was utterly ridiculous won’t be buying or trading In here again.

Ive always been happy with good quick service and upto date info to do with latest tech although I’m unbelievably shocked speachless as Fri 13th I take back console didn’t work at home, was basically near completing replacement with another similar console put phone on counter with the receipt 4 refund went to ps3 games look down a-z for letter s granted 1game took couple mind at most I return to complete transaction of payment but to my horror No Phone no CCTV To catch who ever picked up and left with so now not only losingt phone not worth selling it’s not that good and not only didn’t 2 staff not see anyone In shop exsept post man also no idea on how to sort my problem I got robbed in shop that not care about they’re valued regular customer I. E me!!!
