I bought a Samsung galaxy A40 from this shop and within 2 months the charger port broke and they sending it off for repairs would take 2 weeks and when I asked if I could swap it for a different phone they explained if they warranty test it and the problem is genuine then they can give me voucher credit and then I can swap. Problem was genuine after testing it and they honoured it. Got same phone for PS5 cheaper and they gave me a refund of PS5. Lovely shop and honour warranties. Would always recommend. Even some of my friends buy from this shop and love the products and prices.

As I waited on the queue to be served, a guy to my right by the counter was in a drug fuelled stupor. He looked homeless and quite desperate. For 10 minutes, he seemed fascinated by his own trippy experience, looking around and stumbling. He had tattoos on his face and looked like an ex con. No staff approached him to see if he was ok or ask him to leave. He clearly had no business there. All of us were nervous in the queue, I didn’t feel safe.

Apart from the staff being completely overwhelmed with customers, which in itself isn’t a bad thing, more attention needs to be on the shop floor. I had difficulty finding what I needed and was told it’s downstairs. Other than that the shop is wel stocked and always extremely busy.
