Beware when buying. Some dvds/blurays have inserts in them. One had a sealed special insert which was in connection with the film, a special promo item if you will, when i got home i discovered the insert had been taken out the case. Essentially stolen from me. Bad practice. Makes me wonder what else this staff member helps himself to!

Because of the response i have to add this. When buying films i always check the discs before taking them to the counter. That way i know I’m getting a disc that should actually play without any problems. The one i picked had a special promo sealed insert in the case. Whilst the cashier was checking my items through the till i wasn’t paying attention and browsing the games. I paid, got home and a little while later checked my items. The insert was missing. It was taken out by the cashier at the till point. That’s not integrity in my book.

They offered PS48 but they said they have to do checks first, went back after checks to find the back was off and pry marks to the case. And they refused the offer, cause of the damaged which they caused, so I emailed the company, apparently the battery has exploded why the back plate came off, as the picture I’ve sent they still refused that they’ve caused the damage, as you can clearly see, they battery hasn’t exploded, and there are marks on the case, which wasn’t there before

A good place, very accessible for wheelchair users. Good selection of games on most platforms and reasonable prices too.

Slight downside there seems to be long waits in this store , even though there seems plenty of staff about. Also when purchasing items they can’t seem to find the disc so you can’t buy it in the end. This has happened to me twice now.
