Not even worth ONE star!!!!!!!!
UNFRIENDLY so called staff members, always look miserable, (must be in the Cex Job description or something?) it seems you can’t even crack a joke in the shop or have a bit of friendly banter with the staff either!!!!!!!!!! And the female staff are the worst too!!!!!!! Seems to be employed by college drop outs, who don’t have a care in the world about anyone, just stand behind the counter looking like goths!!!!!!!
Maybe if your staff smiled once and a while, I’d feel better about going in more.

And on another note, to think that your shop is supposed to be a sort of a second hand shop, the item’s in the shops are more expensive than buying new?

Do something about it Cex otherwise your going to lose a lot more customers.

Oh and another thing, I’m fed up with all the LOUD rock and monkey music your always playing in there, put something more tasteful on and keep the volume down, I’m autistic and hate loud noises.

I won’t be shopping here again until something is done about my review.

Drove quite far to come to this store to pick up a graphics card which was ordered online, service was quick and efficient but the staff member was going to just hand me the graphics card with no protection at all, no bag or box until we asked. Considering the value of the card being PS470, that isn’t exactly acceptable especially when it was heavily raining outside. Apart from that, the GPU is in amazing condition and is exactly as expected.

This shop is always busy due to the content they sell and the nature of the shop.
Staff are nice and friendly and help you out if you are not too sure what you want/need. They won’t fob you off so they can get a better sale, they seem to be honest.
You get a warranty with everything you purchase from them (I think it’s 2 year)
Trading your stuff into them is also pretty easy and straight forward, they give everything a thorough test.
