Went into the store with my 2 year old to look at the smart watches as wanted to buy two my daughter banged the display cabinet (not that hard) whilst I was looking and a member of staff came and said don’t let her do that as it knocks the display over…. This was the glass/plastic front of the unit seriously I would of expected a bit friendlier staff it was one light bang and wasnt like we didn’t stop her I would suggest if ur displays are that weak maybe look at some more sturdy cabinets and training ur staff on manners if I could give less then one star I would!!! I won’t be buying anything here as not child friendly store or staff

Have used this store many times for buying and selling and exchanging. Get on very well with the staff. We sometimes have a natter about different games being released and things like that. Staff are friendly. I never have to wait too long. Never had an issue with the staff or the store
It’s always clean and well presented. Items are easy to find. People complain abut having stock online but not instore. Well then stock check the actual store. If they have one when you check. Maybe it gets sold on your way down there. Happened to me a few times but I don’t complain it’s just the way it is. great shop and great staff

Great place to locate some retro and previous generations of games at good prices! Some may appear steep but the market has seen inflation lately, especially with older Pokemon games.
Staff have changed since previous review and they have all been bubbly and attentive. While I stand by my previous review that newer used games are a bit steep (sometimes the same as new online), I have enjoyed my recent visits enough to recommend them fully and give 5 stars.
