Slightly annoying experience. Ordered a Series 8 Apple Watch in grade B on the app for PS200, drove 40 minutes from Bognor to Havant, only for the person to hand the watch to me with no charger, but more worryingly, a device that looked like it had been dragged behind a vehicle at speed and then ran over. When I questioned how on earth it could be a grade B, the person shrugged and said yeah I know it’s bad, but it works so it’s considered B. How can a B be so drastically different. I had bought the same model of watch from that branch 7 months prior and even though it was a B grade, it was in perfect condition.
The reason for the extra star though is, they very quickly and understandably offered me a refund back onto my card.
I then went down to the Portsmouth North End store and found a series 8 Apple Watch grade B in pristine condition.
I get training may vary between store, but that is just shockingly bad.
If I could give no stars that would be better.. stood in the queue this morning for half an hour to be told the Internet was down but previous to that the staff asked what the people want in the queue, I said to buy 2 games,nothing was said. Half hour later gets to the front to be served just to be told the Internet is down and can’t take payment even with cash.. wouldn’t be so bad but got totally ignored when they asked 30 minutes previous.. the staff can’t even look customers in the eye,they face away and talk to you.. absolutely disgusting staff ,certainly won’t be back id rather spend my pounds elsewhere.
I went to the cex shop to trade in a iPhone SE it was only a year old and had nothing wrong with it and they said they will give me PS30 for it but they have to do some checks on it and when I went back to get my money they said that the battery is broken and don’t work even know the phone was a year old they said because the battery is broken they will only give me PS3 for it because they said it will cost them more then the phone is worth to fix which is a lie and this is not the first time they have scammed me
So I highly suggest to not go in there because they will scam you.
