Worst customer service . Wouldn’t let my wife pick up a online order although she had the order number and same second name . Girl told her she required the ID of the person who ordered the items and this was head office policy and the law . When I walked in to pick the order up was handed it by the same girl without her asking me for my ID . I then asked why my wife couldn’t of done this and she explained that she needed ID although she had not even asked for mine . Fair to say I won’t be back absolute incompetence. Wasted journey as I don’t even live close to it .

This shop or this company is nothing more than a 2nd hand shop so what gives them the right to charge people more than full retail prices on there items? It is damn right criminal it definitely should be against the law, My daughter bought a second hand nintendo system that actually cost more than if she would have bought from Tesco or Currys, oh and I remember selling PlayStation 5s for PS700+ so how can this be justified?, A terrible company with terrible practices and should be sued for the greed alone!, bunch of CRIMINALS!.

customer service no good at all ..no..smiling ,no professionalism,if you ask something look angry come on!!people bring money ..take some knowledge before working and try to be nice !!
