Singularly the worst online customer service of any company today. No direct telephone number to discuss and resolve issues quickly. The options are either log a ticket via their website or reach our via messenger/twitter. Even then their responses via those last two services take hours too days. Additionally, I have not come across any other company that sells online and does not offer the option for expedited shipping even if it is at the customer’s cost. This company is a joke.

30th May 10:12 issue still not resolved.

That might be more efficient for you CEX, not having to pay for a proper customer service team, but it certainly is not for your customers.

Spent 20 minutes queing as the only till open was doing a console trade-in/purchase. Then two more tills opened and a couple took one each…for more trade-ins. Lots of people waiting to buy things. Shame they didn’t reserve one till for purchases only, like they do in other branches. I gave it another 5 before I had to give up waiting as I had other commitments. Lots of people were complaining about how slow the service was, and a few people didn’t even bother joining the queue and just left without looking.

Absolutely fuming. Bought a fanatic wheel online from this store and then waited 4 days. They then sent me an email saying it wasn’t in stock and that my refund will be 10 days. The ln they put the wheel back in stock for cheaper… So why was my order cancelled. Because now I don’t have the money to buy it u til you refund me. I can’t call your store and cex has no customer service. Fuming
