Everytime I’ve been here the staff have always been really friendly and welcoming. Today I popped in to sell some old tech I no longer use and the manager (bright red hair) was so understanding and awesome with me.

The guy who served me and checked my tech in made sure I got the correct price grading and reassured me and then the other member of staff who helped me with my request to have the payment sent straight to my bank was very helpful getting that sorted.

This type of thing can get very complicated and overwhelming with All the dynamics of selling your old tech and making sure all details are up to date and given the extra stress of us all coming out the other side of a pandemic.

I can’t stress enough how these great people at our Exmouth CEX story have made my first worried about nightmare of a simple selling my old phone to a simple, quick and easy transaction.

I am very grateful for your kindness and help CEX team!!

Apparently my review was removed.

Sold me a broken console then refused to refund the cash, apparently all PS3’s crash on the main menu thus the console works fine.

Corporate always sides with the manager giving her the ultimate power trip.

I guess there’s a reason the place is aways empty!.

Hate having to go in to sell stuff, but love the staff. Really helpful, easy to talk to and always have a laugh with them. Always eager to help and do things as quickly as they can, which is more than appreciated Thanks guys x
