‘Drop and Go’ to save the trouble of waiting but wait forever for communication. There is no way to contact the store through phoning. Only contact is through a form on their website or through facebook, how unprofessional for a large company. I have no way of contacting regarding my items I dropped in and was ment to receive some sort of communication yesterday yet didnt..
I do NOT recommend the drop and go service at all especially not for the exeter store anyway!
Can’t pair headphones which are easy to do, they have got the Internet there so they could of looked it up. 3 people tried and failed.
Tbh I don’t reckon they wanted them.

I went back to them today and showed them how to do it and they were happy with them.
Tbh for a tech company, they should know this stuff but felt good in showing them how to do it. Did get a few looks tho
You can get cheap charging leads here as well as the more obvious games and videos. Staff are knowledgeable and sport styles that give you something to ponder if you are waiting in a long queue. I bought a very old apple tv player here for about PS12. It turned out to be junky, which I probably should have expected given the age.
