EDIT: Dropped my things off. I was told they were worth PS176 and once tested, I would get a call the following day.
I got a call and then was told all my things were working fine. However, I had been quoted the WRONG PRICE, and my bits were only worth PS129!!!!!! They said the member of staff had quoted me incorrectly and that it was only worth 129, I could come and collect my things or accept the price? I then said surely you can’t do that, and the member of staff phoned a manager to double check and see if they could give me more (considering I’d been miss quoted) and the manager said NO! I couldn’t be bothered to go back into the town and collect my things, so I just accepted the knocked down price. The money still hasn’t gone in my bank – and I think that’s a shocking service and I wouldn’t visit with anything ever again. Not sure on laws surrounding these type of situations but that is wrong on every level. Telling the member of staff off for quoting me incorrectly isn’t exactly compensation for me and although they were nice to deal with it seems like I have been completely ripped off. Very poor service. BEWARE of the same happening to you if you use their service of buying goods off you.

Easy to sign up to become a member. Staff explained everything in detail.
Store is lovely and clean looking. Sold a few bits which will be tested and paid to me via bank transfer.
Highly recommend if having a clear out of old unused bits and bobs.
The staff in this shop are quite helpful and they like to help people with any tech-related issues. They always have some interesting products that other CEX stores in neighbouring towns don’t have. This store is a must go for anyone who loves tech. I keep coming here again and again. I’m glad that I live near a tech store that has the best staff ever. The store is almost like tech heaven.
I had carried a soundbar to the store via drop and go and I received a phone call after 30 minutes to say the item didn’t turn on. I went back took the item home and it’s turned on straight away. I think the staff didn’t check the screen on the front of the item. Or something is wrong with there plugs. Poor experience.
