My experience in this shop was awful and bad. I had a bad customer experience with the way I was treated in this shop. I bought a Honor Tablet from this shop on Friday 29th of March 2024. I was not given this product to check for my satisfaction until I made payment.

However, immediately I paid (PS145) for this used product, I realized some features were missing in the Tablet phone and I requested for my money without leaving the shop and they refused to refund the money. It is so unfortunate that I can be treated badly as a customer with my hard-earned money. I felt cheated.

More so, I was curious with the way I was treated as a customer and I went online only to found out that the new Honor Tablet is sold for PS125. I was not happy with the way I was treated because I see myself as being duped. Thus, I recommends to customers or people to always consider checking online before going to buy from this shop and be careful of buying from this shop. The staff were not nice to me at all, they were only after my money. Customer experience and satisfaction is why business exists. I felt cheated and bad.

Although the staff are really nice and helpful in my opinion The warranties are basically worthless, I bought a z flip phone within a couple of months the seam started showing in centre and screen cover started coming off. I took it in, they took it away and repaired phone and extended warranty. Within a month same thing happened again. I sent it back and they said they wouldn’t repair it under warranty because phone had been dropped or closed with something inside because tiny pin prick in screen. Absolute rubbish. I watched a football match in bed the night before. Closed phone and put on bedside table.it worked perfectly. Next morning, seam showing again and silver line across centre. WAS NOT DROPPED.
but they still blamed me.
Disgusting. Lost a regular customer for the sake of a couple hundred quid. In my opinion avoid avoid avoid.

They sold me an oppo phone paid PS580 for it everything was great the smartphone looked amazing however the phone was faulty charging port was not working properly I took the phone back after 5 hours of purchase they told me to come back in an hour while they do checks on it i came back in an hour they told me the phone has a faulty charging port they didn’t have another oppo phone to replace it I then asked for my money back they told me they can’t do that they can only give me a credit note I said look it’s a faulty phone I have a right to get my money back ended up with a credit note my blood is boiling stay well away from this company overpriced rip off
