Improved service very good brought 2 ps2 controllers working 100%.very good need to be careful when checking discs for scratches,this store has definally improved locally compared to other branches that I deal with,there is a great assistant manager here who is very kind and cares about his customers,however this review will be rated at 3 stars due to rude staff who work on a sunday during late hours

Staff on a Sunday evening before closure were rude when I was about to have a browse and told me they were closed when someone else was in there asian women on counter and lady with black hair were deliberately rude and had no awareness of manners or awareness of autism,made me upset and made have to come back another day,this store should not hire people who are deliberately rude,I had to change my review for this down to 3 stars not impressed with the attitude or disrepect this store has no respect for autism espically when operate like this. asian lady was rude and main person white lady with black hair very rude,both disrepectfull to me and does have any understanding of autism

this branch I rate highly most staff here a good and have had isues in past but now because my review has changed from 4 to 3 stars due two complete rude staff these staff should not be employed here at all wrong place for them and they should be sacked for this seriously unimpressed

The best cex I’ve been to, having a lot to trade in the staff were brilliant, knowledgeable and just all round very helpful..Stephanie in particular helped me out the most on multiple visits being a manager in a retail store myself, it was refreshing to see such good customer service.. in addition a guy call Zak to add extra service when help or advice was needed. Also nice to see staff so energetic and cheerful like Finn who was on shift a couple times that I had arrived and promptly set up my instore card with ease and again just all round helpful. If I could give an extra star on top I would , and that would be for Stephanie’s service alone. Defo promotional worthy if not already a manager

This was my go-to store but today at 4:40 I went to sell my Apple Home pod (not Home pod mini). As it looks like they need a good technician, who needs to know what they’re doing. The sales rep took the home pod for a test and the technician straight away said you need a QR Code. I told her this doesn’t come with it. she took it in said come back in half an hour, When I return back they said its not resetting and you need QR Code. At least if you take few mins to search in youtube you will find how to. anyways I went to other branch near it. They took it in they seems to know what they were doing. I got paid… Poor service. More like you need good technician.
