I’ve sold so much expensive stuff here when desperate in the past.
They take advantage of people who have nothing at the time and don’t feel any remorse, I understand it’s the company who makes the prices and rules but they sell second hand equipment and games for more then the price of brand new and I once bought a game and it didn’t work and wasn’t offered a refund or swap. They also don’t take into account if something is a limited edition or special edition and will price it at the lowest edition of the item. Sometimes they will even try to mislead you and say it’s a different item all together.
I went in today after waiting 24 hours to sell an item that took an extra day to check if it worked because they were obviously busy yesterday, I was told it would be atleast PS19 cash for an item that I bought for PS35 which seemed fair I’m not going to be ungrateful but when I got there they offered me PS6 cash, I wasn’t rude but I took my item back and when I left through my cex card in the bin,

I traded in a brand new phone, I had only opened the box to look at the phone before deciding I didn’t want it, I didn’t use it at all before putting it back in the box. They called me the next day to say there was a scratch on it so it would actually be B graded not A. I picked up the phone and sure enough huge scratch on it. They must have dropped it or something and I’m left with a damaged phone. I won’t trust them again.

Edit: as suggested by the reply to this review I contacted them and it led nowhere, it’s a waste of time.

4 days and they still haven’t paid me they talk absolute rubbish can’t phone them terrible customer service used them a lot ten years ago never had this problem will not be back was supposed to make stuff easier have caused an absolute hassle sell your stuff online will get more money and you will actually get your money when someone buys your stuff on time
