Not a great experience, the price they offer you for things is way less than you could get on an online platform. I think the business model is designed around exploiting vulnerable people who need to sell things fast, not to mention snippy spiteful staff. Reading these other reviews here it seems that I’m not alone in thinking they really need to shake things up.
My mum had lovely customer service in here.
She went in looking for a wireless remote for my brothers Nintendo switch but they didn’t have anything in store. Instead of turning her away they went on the Argos website found and found one that was in stock for her. Because of this she will definitely return and recommend them to everyone!
Excellent service when buying a phone. Gave good advice when choosing. Sam set up the new phone and transferred all my apps and emails. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. friendly with no pressure to buy if you just need some information
