CEX store in Crawley is the most ridiculous place to buy anything. Firstly, the technician has no knowledge of his work. Just hiding under the guise of a technician and living off of CEX salary.

The supposed manager (lady with tattoos) was even worse, she couldn’t be the mediator. She was very rude the whole time. And I get it, I worked in retail and I get the fact they may be trying to meet up to their target hence the zero solution to customers’ problem. But why should it be at my expense? Absolute garbage!

I had the worst customer service at CEX Crawley that got me in tears when I got home. What they found difficult to resolve at Crawley was SEAMLESS to them at CEX Croydon. They accorded me with respect, the technician took a while to figure out what was wrong and came to the realization that I deserved a refund. Thats someone that knows their job correctly. No hassle. Not the quack one in Crawley that couldn’t even examine my purchase. Bruh only knows how to clean a lens. *Hot tears*

This experience will never make me step foot into any CEX store. That was my first and my last time due to an Awful Manager, a mediocre Technician and Zero human relations at CEX!

This CEX store is for sure my favourite CEX store, by a long shot! The staff are amazing very friendly always so willing to chat and knowledgeable about games and what they can recommend. I do wish their PC games section was bigger, but other than that the store is always well stocked, tidy and clean. A huge selection of games, consoles, PC accessories etc. They also have other stuff like Flat screen TVs used pc old consoles and even VR headsets. Their mobile phone and tablet selection was extensive and I found the store was clean. Really amazing. I will keep coming back here that’s for sure.

Very disappointing

The lady told me and confirmed twice that the s23 ultra Samsung phone is in store in around 3pm I advised that I will be back . In after I was back she said …..oh it’s on reserve for someone else.

She made mistake and not even an apology she was so rude by raising her voice at me.

This happened today at 5:20pm.

The customer service is terrible, they need to recruit people who talk nicely with customer who are willing to spend.

I will never come back to this store.
