Purchased a Xbox controller from the Chorley store, I tried to return it the same day, only a few hours later. I was told that they were only able to give refunds in the form of a voucher. I was not told this at the point of purchase. I found the staff to be incredibly unhelpful, In fact I’d go as far as to say at the point of purchase they deliberately misled me to the condition of the controller.
At the point of trying to return it they refused to give me the store managers name who wasn’t working that day. I would strongly urge any potential customers to think twice before Purchasing anything from the store in Chorley.
I really like CEX in Chorley. They have a very good selection of dvds, games and devices. But more than anything else the staff are always happy to see you. They are all always so polite and upbeat in a good mood. They really do make your day better. They are always happy to help in any way they can. It’s a rare shop with a now a days rare shopping experience. Staff that are actually happy to talk to you and and converse. But not to the point where they’re intrusive. How refreshing
Great shop and good range of electrical products. The staff were helpful and professional. I ordered a Dell laptop online on Saturday 3rd June and it arrived on Tuesday 6th June. Also free delivery and the parcel was securely packaged. CeX was recommended to me by my son in law who knows what he is talking about when it comes to computers. I would also highly recommend them. Icing on the cake is the laptop comes with a 2 year warranty.
