When asked to show what scratch she was referring to, she showed me a small mark on the back that was easily wiped off. Took it to another Cex and got graded an A no problem.
The only nice staff member that was friendly and helpful was the guy with curly hair, unfortunately didn’t get his name. I’d advise to go to a different Cex if possible, especially if you’re looking to sell.

I bought a dodgy ps3 DualShock controller online and tried to return it here, and whilst I did get it returned with ‘online intervention’ this specific shop maintained that the item was in fact not broken, did work and that damage done to it would have been in transit. As I say none of this was proven true in the end. I was also promised another controller for free, in the end I was given my refund and that’s it due to contacting customer service only. I also want to add received no compensation of any kind online from Computer Exchange either…

This was by far the nicest cex I have been to. I came in to collect some guitar hero guitars and was greeted by an absolute lovely lady who retrieved my online order for me very quickly. If I could rate the staff member 5 stars I would she was very helpful and explained the returns policy to me, i wish i could remember her name she had beautiful eyes and a wonderful smile she made my day.
