Lots of blessings to CEX to make us available the most wanted stuff especially for kids gaming. only thing is staff at the counter, i find it uneducated or lack of update. They are simply there to guide us at times, but make our life difficult by making us thing whether they relay on senior staff/tester or really know things behind the counter.

I bought a PS4 for my son but after a while we found its difficult to connect. We got the whole system back to CEX, upon testing it was connecting well but when again we tried at home, it gave up to connect. The counter staff at Hounslow was not able to resolve the issue and my kids PS4 is lying on the selves for weeks as they are not able to figure out. please keep some experienced staff who can help and resolve issue rather then somebody who try to give you convincing solutions but they dont work in long run. Take it as constructive feedback!!

I had bought a tablet from another Cex store the previous day and wanted to return it here as it was a closer store but they wouldn’t accept a return and wouldn’t even give store credit. Poor customer service.

Unfortunately, my partner took in her Apple Watch to sell it where she originally bought it from +2yrs ago & because the sensor measuring blood pressure wasn’t working, they were unable to take it back !
