Had a walk over to cex Northpoint on Sunday morning at 10am to take my immaculate Pixel 4a 5g to sell to them..Chap who dealt with me was pleasant enough and we agreed on it being A grade and I signed a document for a bank transfer of PS217 for the phone as it was mint..great stuff..after walking home and about 2 hours later they rang me to say there was a tiny mark on the back camera housing and wanted to knock the agreed price down by PS63..So no way I was selling it to them for that so walked back over again and collected it..they showed the mark and honestly you’d need a microscope to see it..I would definitely not sell here again and not recommend them at all..A complete waste of my time which left me as an unhappy customer..
Really good for dvd’s and games, nice friendly staff. If there is something you particularly want and they don’t have it they will search the stock in other branches which is very helpful. They often have some very nice cameras and lenses in stock from top brands like Canon and Nikon.
It’s alright, the best bit about it is where it is considering it’s pretty close to where I am so I don’t have to go all the way into town paying bus fares/parking for whoever I’m with. Stock isn’t usually great here but for whatever reason I seem to strike gold here occasionally.
