If I could put NO STARS I would, absolutely unbelievable attitude I have gotten from buying one of there products and not realising it was damaged until I put it on, been told I done the damage when I should know if I did or not, the product was under warranty and they have said they cannot do anything or refund me as it’s my FAULT when it clearly isn’t. Customer service is awful blaming the customers for everything never takin responsibility them selves! Attitude towards customers is actually vile. Definitely not be going back I suggest ANYONE WHO BUYS FROM CEX DO NOT AS THEY WONT REFUND YOU EVEN IF THE PRODUCT HAS WARRANTY.

This is “does what it says on the tin” shop. It has a massive range of products mainly aimed at gaming however, the stock dvds, mobile phones and various other things. I’ve found the service to be overall a positive experience but there has been a few occasions where there was just no conversation at all. The staff are well informed, very knowledgeable and will offer you what help they can. I use this shop frequently and I’m never disappointed.
