Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had viewed a few items on there website but my friend wanted to physical see the item in person and ask questions. They was very helpful and patient with all his questions and allowed him to have closer looks at the consuls (it was discounted on the website and he wanted to know why and the staff explained why each one was discounted I.e scratched shell/casing, non matching controller). Also note there is a car park down this ally (pictured) right next to CEX if you have mobility issues or don’t want to walk far while carrying a consul
Bought a phone for wife.then 2 weeks later I up dated it from you took other one back and you said it was damaged by water. Not true he said about the charging point. Has orange. So damaged. I was sold a damaged phone in the first place
I shop in CEX Tonbridge often and I wanted to praise one particular member of their staff who is always so helpful and informative when I have a query and purchasing an item. So thank you Sam.
