Tried to sell a Iphone that was in perfect condition (brand new condition so is grade A, not even a hairline scratch), was graded as A before testing then later once that was done they kept lying by claiming it was B grade as there was scratches but wouldn’t prove it when asked to show where they were (because there isn’t any), they also tried to claim the charger port was scratched which is hilarious because who uses a charging port when there’s MagSafe but then again wouldn’t show me where the non existent scratches were but to top that off they kept changing the whole story as to why it can’t be a A grade even bringing the box into the mix of all things, honestly have no idea why anyone would waste their time selling stuff here

We have visited many of the Cex stores. We have always had a problem using a credit voucher and because of the issues have ended up paiding for our items.
Yesterday we went into the Chatham store. I don’t know the name of the person who served us but he was great. He was patient, listened to the problem we were having, sorted it, and came up with a solution that might help in the future. He spent time on our problem. He was very helpful and friendly, the customer service we received was 5 stars.

Very helpfull staff, i was looking for a range of games ps2,ps3,xbox 360, xbox games and once i had found them in the good selection on offer i went up to the till and asked to see the discs, just to make sure they were good condition, the lady who served me was very kind and helpfull, disc that needed a quick clean were cleaned, it was refreshing to have somewone helpfull, will shop again.
