They tried to tell me that my S8 Ultra Tablet was bent when I attempted to sell it to them, so I sent it to Samsung who confirmed that they had lied and that the device was in perfect condition. Another time I bought a second hand mobile from them only to find out that it was blocked, reported stolen and was not for the UK market. PLEASE NOTE: I DID NOT PURCHASE THE S8 ULTRA FROM CEX PONTYPRIDD AS IT WAS BRAND NEW and I had owned it for less than two weeks. As for the mobile, I should have added that they returned my money instantly. However, I do still feel that the service at this store needs updating. Thank you Derek, (STORE MANAGER) for your prompt response. What prompted my comment was they instantly went to the charging port and said it was bent???? Maybe, they had had a tip off about another S8 Ultra and mistook my perfect condition tablet for that suspicious one they were anticipating. I took it to another retailer who laughed at what your employees had said and promptly gave me a very generous price for the tablet!

Just went in to buy a cable for PS4 and the girl with pink hair gave us a terrible attitude . I am shocked. I asked if i can see the box
, and she pulled it back and said firmly NO , why cant I see what i am going to buy ,??? . I had to see the heads of the cable from far away while she was holding it . Felt very humiliated, i bought it and went out. Didnt want to cause any scene in there . The way she dealt with us was very unwelcoming i would never come in that shop again . I hope the owner reads this and sort her out before she push customers away.. it just happened less then an hour ago.hope she reads it too. Very rude

Shameful service from the lady with pink hair.. What an attitude she greets customer with!!!!! I was there as a customer to buy something and leave, was treated with very rude behaviour as if i was begging or stealing. I dont want to visit the shop again. Wasn’t allowed to touch the item i was buying!!!! Are you serious!!!! As if i am carrying contagious virus, i would never put a foot in that shop again. I wanted to be greeted with respect and i dont tolerate any thing below that. What a shame, nice shop but very very disrespectful staff.. She needs to be fired.
