Terrible if you’re selling. AVOID THIS BRANCH.

On multiple times I have bought in mint consoles and even single time they try and five discount price.
When I ask why they can’t give an answer.
Even when the person next to them working said its fine.

Iv spoken to locals and they all have the same problem and said they would rather sell on facebook or ebay.

Really ruins everyone’s view on them.
Iv gone to sell nintendo ds complete in box and they try to give me the unblocked price. When I said I’ll have the box back they tried to fight it and they get quite annoyed.

If you are purposely under buying for the cheapest price every time its not a tactic is a con. I could understand if it was once or twice but eveytime?????

Specially if the consoles have no cracks, scratches, marks or discoloration. Awful service. I’ll stick to ebay or facebook marketplace.

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this is needed. Whoever the fat scruffy guy with hair and a beard is (sorry no idea what your name is) needs customer service training. He’s constantly rude and never seems interested in helping. Everyone has bad days but I’ve been to this store multiple times and he’s bloody miserable. It’s like he thinks he’s better than everyone there. I saw him straight up ignoring a customer who was trying to hold a conversation with him, and only spoke when in relation to the product. I give up shopping here. I asked him to show me something and I heard the sigh and saw the disapproval in his face. I’ll be using GAME for games from now on.

Came a few days ago to drop my Canon camera off and the staff was quick to point out that there was a crack/fracture on my camera – however it was a design feature of how the plastic moulds were made. I refused and insisted that this wasn’t the case.

Never-the-less I gave them the credit of being able to sell it at the price I wanted.

I felt that one guy was particularly condescending when he pointed out the fault – and treated me as if I didn’t know anything much or had a clue. I understood he had a obligation to check fully, but the delivery/interaction wasn’t so friendly.
