I wanted to exchange oculus quest 2 one member of staff said its fine if I don’t have an original charger head it will be 2pounds less , but I didn’t have the glass spacer so I went home and I wanted to keep the charger head as 2 pounds is nothing and its surely more expensive to buy another one, I treck back to the shop and they tell me they can’t accept it because I don’t have a charger head. Is this A JOKE ? train your staff properly from one of the best shops and customer experiences I had, to the worst.
I largely do not recommend selling or exchanging your items in the shop , I could literally build a computer before they test an item.
Moreover the staff seems unfriendly and out of any energy some of the members seem to be much better in terms of that then the others but these are obvious aspects necessary for quality customer experienced and should be taken into the acocunt
It seems like if you get the job there , you are under no surveilance or checks from the management so you just rot in the place.
The members of staff from 2-3 years ago were much better and much more informative also it seemed like they were more unified in terms of giving a quality service.
I recommend sticking to the usage of the website as the shops premise Is amazing and when I was younger it was literally my favourite place to pop in and just look at stuff and get stuff it was great.
And if I would have to leave the message to the owners as I assume the same owner had the place back then is just get better quality staff.
Flu fantastically first time, 2nd time required update so did this and drone stopped working. Contacted Dji and they informed me it’s faulty and needed to be serviced but is out side their warranty so to take back to where I purchased it. I thought that’s ok I have a cex 24 month warranty and bought less then 60 days ago so took it back to the store to get it sorted.
Upon them looking into it I was greeted by a smug manager who told me the warranty does not cover software issues so not their problem. I asked so warranty does not cover software or physical damage so what does it cover? Didn’t really get straight answer. So sold me a product that is outside manufacturing warrenty and will not cover or refund me even though had under 60 days!!!!! Totally wrong and shameful behaviour now stuck with a choice of throwing away or paying another 200 pound to get fixed by Dji themselves. So here is a tip if you buy something refurbished from them never do updates or use because the second you use it not there problem. Buy a laptop don’t do automatic updates or anything because again if stops working not there problem. Buy a tv don’t turn it on as if faulty not there problem. I work in customer service and can’t believe the level of sheer discontent and almost smugness I got from manger!
I would expect this to be refunded less then 60 days old!
This time ‘X’ button doesnt work. I can’t be bothered going back here again But be in mind, these people doesn’t even check the items they sell 100%. What is the point of having 24 months warranty if you buy faulty items and expect to come back to the store the next day. Absolute waste of time.
Obviously, they do the good service but that’s what they get paid for. They get paid per hour. But still doesn’t get the job done properly
