Really lovely team, I came in rather stressed with a broken phone, between a few of the guys they managed to figure out the issue, a bit complicated but they got to work on it straight away! Made an extremely difficult week a whole lot more bearable (what is it with the universe sending us 100 knocks all at once ). Service was above and beyond, they couldn’t have been more helpful, not often you see that now days, hence the review, I wouldn’t usually bother to leave one. I got my phone back fixed and working within a couple of hours, and the kindness made me realise, the world’s not such a bad place after all- with people like this in it.
Honestly, you should be so proud of your newbury team, they are a massive credit to your company. Also its so nice to see such fab team work, they all just gel together so well, so bubbly together, it really completes the enviroment.

people only go here when they are desperate. i have a few storys but my recent one, i had a brand new phone that had been in a case and protector since i brought it from argos…. not a mark on it.. they said it was a grade b!! id only had it about 3 months. i brought a grade b phone from the one in reading and decided it was too small for my liking so i took it to the newbury one to sell and they said it was a grade a…. it had light scratches. my partner got a free watch with a phone he got from ee, he wore it once and didnt like it so took it to cex, we joked about saying theyll say its a grade b or c and when we get there.. guess what…. he saw marks..that wernt there. grade b. put it up on fb and sold it later that day. youd think i learnt my lesson sooner to not get phones from there.. ive had about 5 out of 7 phones not work from there and got taken back.

They’ll worm out of a 24 month warranty anyway they can! my oled switch screens knackered and they said it’s because it’s been used handheld?? Squashed or dropped? No sign of squashing or dropping so I’m guessing it’s just signs of use? Like when I bought it? USED!??

-Ashwin, Unfortunately i can’t reply to your message below? Hopefully you’ll see this reply? there is no physical signs of damage to the switch other than the obvious signs of use, it has developed this fault through general ware and tear and has not been dropped or squashed.
