Wanted to sell a good condition Samsung galaxy and was greeted by a rude staff member who rolled her eyes at everything I said. I was told that the back was coming off which they pointed out. It was barely noticeable and i didn’t even know that was a problem until they pointed it out. I went and got it repaired and then was greeted yesterday by a lovely girl on the counter and explained that I tried to sell it before in the same store. She was nice and told me to come back in an hour. Then I come back and they say the sound quality is poor and they can give me nothing for it. There’s nothing wrong with it. And the sound is LOUD! So I get the impression they just don’t want to sell to me because the phones they have on display where scratched and looked awful but mine is in great condition with NO scratches or problems, Complete waste of time and 2 poor experiences back to back.

Never been in the store and from the reviews, i probably never will be in the store. Bad reviews about staff and their attitude and prices quoted mysteriously changing all the time. Owner says sorry but it seems to keep happening. Obviously nobody related to the stote gives s dam or something would be done about it. Iv a few items to sell but i wont be selling them here. Another shop with professional staff will benefit from my tech.

We went to 3 other places before here and this was the only store that had used games and systems going back 40 years. They had the exact Pokemon Gameboy game we were looking for. All staff was very helpful and they have a giant selection of DVDs and Blu-ray’s as well. Would say this is easily the best used game store in the city centre.
