Great experience here from the team . My phone had a fault and had to be sent for repair. I was kept up to date throughout the process by the store . It couldn’t be saved alas, but Cex customer services who were also excellent refunded promptly. This experience certainly restored my faith in customer service. I’d definitely buy from them again.
Great selection of games and electronics such as phones and electro domestic product in great conditions! I always buy my second hand iPhones here in mint condition and fully working. The service might be slow at times as most of the stuff are students but otherwise I recommend this place for consoles and games!!
Very friendly and helpful staff, but the PS5 section is tiny. Very few games to choose from. I had a voucher to use and had to travel to another CeX with a larger selection.
