5 Stars to Leo ( 30158 ) who showed amazing customer service skills after the NEW ( shocking and dreadful website designed with no UX/UI in mind) decided to take payment for my order but never pass the information to the store so my order was nowhere to be found. She messaged about 10 people trying to find what’s happening with my order. She could have told me to contact support and get on with her day but instead she sorted out the issue even though it took her over 1 hour and probably hundreds of messages to various people in the business. Thanks again Leo for sorting out the IT mess 😀

Been here many times and never had any issues. There is always a wide range of dvds, games consoles, phones and accessories all at affordable prices.
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Conveniently located in the centre of town.
Staff are incredibly rude they look around at the gadget whatever you try to sell like a pair a Bluetooth speaker or wireless earbuds and they utterly refuse to say “They don’t want sell whatever you give them because its not in their stock”
Absolutely appealing service and very rude staff .
