I went into your Torquay store recently, you had the recent RE4 for PS14 on PS4, I bought 4 games, you refused to knock anything off and said prices are fixed. After waiting ages you tell me that the game was marked wrong and was PS40 and not PS14, you refused to honor your wrongly advertised price, so I proceeded with payment, and on the way out noticed you had a PS5 version of RE4 for PS38… I went back to get my money and exchange and you refused to give me my money back and said you could only do a voucher. What’s the point of a trade game shop if you can’t negotiate, or honor your sale price, or give my money back when you’ve got it wrong. The whole experience must have taken around 30 minutes plus, not a great way to spend your birthday. Won’t be going back. So disappointed.

Brought 2 blu rays, two sales assistant in store. I had to wait to pay, and the one assistant was serving a customer to a phone. The other one was changing the music ? Surely the customer comes first. I know I only spent a few pounds, but in these days, every penny counts, I noted the sales space as been made smaller. I waited for the sales assistant who sold the phone to serve . The other sales assistant was changing the music the whole time I was there. Luckily, I wasn’t in a rush, or I would have put the items back

I was charged PS10 for a second hand Nintendo 3DS AC plug. I later found out that Amazon sell new ones for PS6. So this shop nearly doubled the price which is ridiculous. Not happy. I’m not going to try and take it back because they always come up with some stupid reason why they won’t take it back. Stay away from this shop because you’ll be ripped off.
