I have been a customer for years in that store, I was hunting for a Xbox 360 Controller Battery Cover Case Shell Pack, not anything really out of this world in terms of price, another Cex told me that there were some in Newton Abbot store also said that they are not for sale but if I ask nicely he would be ok… and instead I had to deal with an aggressive manager who don’t really care about customer service and less about his old local customer, they’ve seen me enough in that store that’s for sure, pls don’t waste time in answering back and do something else than hiding at the back
Customer service is excellent. I had a few issues with some bits that I had bought and found the team there (particularly Ben) were extremely helpful and hooked me up with replacements/alternatives without any fuss and in a friendly manner. Really happy with the experience, would recommend.
i have just witnessed,a male member of staff,with glasses,laugh ,belittle and abuse a customer,it was repulsive,the arrogant man has cost you my custom,it was awful
