Decided to treat myself to a new phone got a samsung galaxy a15, it worked fine but no sims were reading, took it in for a warranty check to be told ALL there sims worked in store, tried to sort it out agsin with new sims from different networks o2, three etc still nothing inc activated sims, local phone shop said phone is imei locked so its most likely a stolen phone, went back in again said the problem, have to contact customer services which i found odd so explained that situation to them, went into 2 network shops o2 and ee to be told its a blacklisted phone and no sims will work in the phone atall as it was done right in front of me, 3 different stores, 3 different people all with the same answer, no good!! so customer services msged back saying to take it back for warranty check again i told them the situation once again that its no good, so after alot of messing about and money i wasted on travel back and forth i finally got a refund but no explanation on what was wrong with it just silence (even though they knew in the 1st place it was no good), got another msg from customer services saying the store told them all sims work apart from 02 so why tell me ALL sims worked in store the 1st time cause unless they were magical super power sims, 2 network shops told me otherwise that under no circumstances will any sims work on any network the phone is no good so i knew i was being lied too cause the phone cant be resold, the same people who did the warranty check knew this but on the final time there they couldn’t even have the audacity to tell me it was a stolen phone and i was right in the 1st place, thats not there fault it was stolen but they knew it was later on once i did 1st warranty on it, my advice if your getting a phone from here get them to check if its stolen, my advice to the store check your phone cabinets cause i bet half of them are blacklisted and u will keep having this problem it comes up on your systems! With over PS50 wasted on travel and new case and cover for it plus the stress involved no explanation from staff and not even something for all the messing about like a game for under PS10 or something like that, 1st time purchase and last time purchase from this store

The store broke my device while having it in for testing. Due to this they refused to accept the device for trade in and after contacting their office was basically refused any help with the matter. The device passed initial visual inspection and was taken in for testing. When I returned it was handed back broke and refused to be accepted

great selection of games there. i managed to pick up 2 wii games there & an avatar dvd – in my opinion this store is way better than the one in long causeway. i’ll most likely come back here again
