I took in a a lot of old games, consoles and dvds here recently and wish I had not bothered. They no longer expect DVDs (a shelf fell down they told me…), wouldn’t take the consoles unless they had a controller too (yet they sell the consoles as a single item). After a long wait, they took about 20% of what I went in with. As instructed, I then waited for a call (which was meant to be within 1-2 days they said) to come collect my money for the items but I didn’t receive one at all. I then emailed customer support as the Beverley shop does not have a direct number – This took 3 days to get through. I was then told I had 14 days from handing over to come get my money (it was day 13) and no accountability from their lack of contact was mentioned. I arrived back at the shop and I received back 2 controllers and a console as they did not have the correct cables despite them taking and choosing from a range of cables for the console initially themselves that they said they were correct. They then blamed me for not being able to be contacted – this is untrue, they either didn’t contact me or didn’t right down my number correct. Absolutely horrendous service and customer service – I will not be using them again, avoid!

I’m never doing business there again when you try and sell them something there are so picky about your items and they want your stuff for nothing it’s a real joke especially the fact I just cant get over how picky they really are everyone stay well away from them I definitely don’t recommend them to anyone at all everyone take your items to sell anywhere els but there. No need to thank me everyone for this heads up I just thought I would let people really know how you get treated there with your items

Great place to buy dvd’s. Always a wide choice. I call in occasionally on the off chance to check out the si fi dvd’s. I have never sold anything so I can’t say what that experience is like but the staff are always friendly and helpful.
