Tried selling my Nintendo switch docking station a while ago with the controller and the told me to come back in 30 mins I did they told me it was broken the connection point was damaged I can tell you now it wasn’t and they didn’t give me back my controllers and denied having them I told them I want them back now and they just told me to leave the store, however I did not take kindly to a staff member mimicking my stutter for his amusement as a response I will never go back here again wit staff like that they really need re training in hospitality or replaced
Absolutely amazing staff, knowledgeable around all tech. Calham was and is always brilliant, polite, helpful to the max and will go out of his way to help you as would the other staff. We had an issue with our son’s hand controllers lagging so Calham offered to clean them, this was done in seconds, showed us how to be able to do it ourselves so we don’t have to come into store. I would much rather go here with the level of knowledge and amazing customer service you get. A+ reputation and would recommend you go there with any issues.
Small but well run and we’ll stocked for its size. Staff, as usually in this segment, are passionate, informative and motivated to help.
If selling hardware bare in mind it may take time for them to test before buying which can cause delays and consider getting there before closing time as you may have to come back the following day.
They have very good supply of games; a good selection of phones, tablets, e-readers and laptops; some PC hardware and other popular gadgets.
