If I could give less than 1 star I would. Unprofessional. They kept our product for 2 weeks and damaged it in their care (worth PS750).

Used their web service to sell a product to the Hove branch. The branch asked us to take the product to the Brighton store after 1 day. We weren’t impressed but obliged as we understood it was an error. The Brighton branch kept the product for 2 weeks in the store and damaged it in their care (worth PS750). Staff called up on a bank holiday and were extremely unhelpful, rude/dismissive and refused to understand the issue or offer support whatsoever which caused us a lot of stress and multiple calls during a holiday. Now they are refusing to sell or take responsibility for the item despite it being damaged in their care for 2 weeks (it was never supposed to be left there for 2 weeks in the first place). We will have to pay for repairs after already having spent money transporting the item for them. Do not use this branch of CEX.

Had many old games gathering dust under the bed and decided to take them to Cex. Was pleasantly suprised by how much I got back in cash!! Also, amazing customer service from Dominic! He had to go through 37 games and made the process seem quick and simple.

The store was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and polite and, overall, very well priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for games that are not the easiest to find and for a good price, i will be back.
