The girl who I spoke to about watches was really helpful and put no pressure on me to buy, when I asked to look at somethings. Was polite and although not really knowledgeable on the watches just advised me to do some research.

As for the contents of the shop, they really need to sort their valuation system. A,B,C etc. I asked about something in B and C condition and B was terrible. I would have given it a D. It had a massive scratch on the whole watch face, no box or instructions, no specs etc. It was garbage. Plus over priced.

Its basically up to you to do all the work and buy it. Their refund policy is poor too. 24 hours to bring it back or you’re forced to keep it unless it breaks in 24 months. If it does you get vouchers, so never really get your money back.

I’d advise anyone buying something expensive to know their stuff or yourll be stuck with some over valued pile of junk.

The games and other discs were plentiful, but I didn’t really look at them. They really must make a massive profit from people selling them good and them charging triple that.

I only gave it 3 out of 5 for the 1 person I dealt with and her customer service.

I’d never buy anything from this place.

Bunch of crooks took a rysen 5 3600 cpu in to sell whch was working fine the person serving me took it out of the plastic package looked at it for 5 mins took down my details. and all seemed ok then thay disappeared round the back to speak to a manager thay came only to tell me that there where some bent pins and thay would not buy it there where no bent pins when i took it in + waited nearly 20mins to be served what a waste of time will never do buisness with them again

Very well organised, appeared clean and looked after. So much choice of 2nd hand games and dvd/blu-ray you could lose time looking, lucky for us they have put everything in alphabet order so you can head straight to the section you want. Staff were friendly enough, obviously very busy at the time but they were polite at all times.
Overall very happy to go here again and recommend to friends and family.
