Absolute joke.
Went in to buy a tablet. We saw multiple options available on display. There were 4 guys working. All of them were ‘busy’ bubble wrapping things and chatting. After a while of waiting, the store was empty except for us, I finally approached them and asked for help. One of the guys asked what we were after, I said a tablet, he asked if we wanted apple or andriid. I said android, I then moved towards the display, thinking that the guy would point me to a decide or continue the conversation, but no! I was ignore again. The guy started chatting with his friends immediately and didn’t move from his spot. We waited another 15 minutes without anyone acknoqledging us a d left.

Missed out on the business as we were really ready to buy one of the samsung tablet. Not sure if that’s how a business should be run.
Took in a PSP recently to sell. Online I believe it said PS42 cash. The guy on the counter started saying
“OMG ITS IMMACULATE”
“NEVER SEEN ONE IN THIS CONDITION”
but then they said they would only give us PS32 because of the condition.

Been a customer for years and every time I go into a store I feel welcomed and appreciated. I tend to go back and forth with games and consoles and always feel I’m getting best value for my money and with the voucher system I always walk out with something I want. Would 100% recommend to any gamer or newbie
