Went into the Lincoln branch today (Sunday) and had a lovely experience. We took various items in and was served by a lovely lady (can’t remember name but had blonde hair on one side and black on the other!) she was really lovely and spoke to us and had a laugh, as I and my partner were fairly new to the process she made everything clear and our items were tested within the hour! It was very busy but I never felt rushed by her, I overheard other conversations by other staff members and all of them seemed of the same attitude, all round fantastic customer service and a great store I will be back very soon!
I visited this shop today. While the chap that dealt with me was pleasant. I noticed a strong smell of cannabis. I asked the chap that was dealing with me why the place stank of it. He replied that one of the other members of staff had been smoking it and stunk to high heaven which caused the smell in the shop….. not what I would be wanting from my staff. But if that is condoned than it certainly shows what kind of company this is……..
I visited this shop today and there were 4 staff members in which one was female, I asked for help but nobody seems like care if customer need any help, lady was on floor I also called her for help but no response. I was about to buy some stuff from them but their behaviour changed my mind to not ever go to this shop again. Thanks for wonderful service.
