I bought a dock from this store online. I got the dock and it came and was cracked in the post, not a functioning item. I thought not much of it and contacted the support online. After stalling me for a week, I was told that they will NOT refund or replace the order since ‘they packaged it well’. Whilst I agree that the packaging was adequate, items do break in the post and not refunding items that break in the post is wrong.
Do not buy from this store if you ever expect to see your money back if your item breaks in the post!!!!
Drive to pick up a game on the weekend. Online said it available. When I ask staff member where the game is. The staff member said it in store but couldn’t find it. I believe staff member take games home and play them then bring the back. Thanks for wasting my time
Had a problem with phone signal staff said needed to do checks. Harri did a warranty check he was understanding and professional dealing with the matter. Was able to refund for a new phone which worked a lot better. Recommend service from Harri again
