The premises is a good size, with 2 levels and has a chair/scooter lift which is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. Was there to look for a mobile phone which they have plenty of, but when the counter assistant went to get the phone I was interested in, as there was two of us, she told me friend to step back, which I thought was rude, as it was like we were going to do something (as in steal the phone). We’re all not like that, but if that’s the policy not much you can do I suppose. Anyway, shop has a very good selection of secondhand goods, which seem to be in good condition, but do think that some items are still expensive. Worth a visit, and would go back in the future if needed.

Customer service in this shop has its ups and downs 4 members of staff on the store and 2 serving and 2 just talking looking at 2 other customers standing waiting to be served they didn’t jump onto another till, customers waited for at least 15 mins to be served.. something’s are way over priced for second hand electronics. Store is dusty and dirty in some areas general clean would keep that down has disabled ramp steps up to the back are little narrow layout is spacious..music taste questionable. Displays over cramped. Labeling but hard to read and understand sometimes

I was trading in some old tech that was worthless to me so was happy to get some cash. I’ve had a great experience both buying and selling.

I’m not sure why others have issue with staff talking to one another, they’re human?

I wish the CEO would tell these people to do one, but they can’t. Your staff are the best and provide a playful environment… no issue.
